AQRE is a real estate investment app that allows you to get real estate exposure paid out in ETH.

You can download AQRE in the App Store and Google Play store. The AQRE Web app is coming in early 2020.

Allocation Tokens are stable at $1.00 USD and obtained via CHL. CHL is the only way to get ATs, and ATs are the only way to invest in properties on the AQRE platform.

The AQRE platform can sustainably add properties to its platform for the foreseeable future. If there is ever a point in time where all properties on the AQRE app are fully allocated, users who still hold ATs can allocate towards future properties added to the AQRE platform. ATs never expire.

ATs cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Their only function is to allocate towards property, and only the original holder of the ATs can do this.

At launch, there will be no market place enabling users to buy/sell property holdings from other investors in the app. This is a feature we will add later in our roadmap.
